A planning appeal by developers Cala Homes against Tandridge District Council’s refusal of planning permission for 116 dwellings on land at the back of Chichele Road starts at the Council offices in Oxted on 24 September at 10am. The Inquiry is scheduled to last 8 days, spread over 3 weeks, and will be carried out by a government Planning Inspector.
