Poppy Appeal

Oxted Parish Council have been busy putting up poppies around Church Lane, Station Road West, Station Road East, Hurst Green Road, Hurstlands and many other local places.

From the Oxted Royal British Legion:

Like so many things this year, the Poppy Appeal has had to adapt to the threat of Covid-19. We're calling on the public to support us like never before, because every poppy counts. Please pop in and see our table selling poppies at Morrisons in Oxted.

The Oxted Royal British Legion have set up a GoFund me account. To donate click here

In addition to this the Oxted Royal British Legion are very grateful to
Morrisons,
Elements Hair and Beauty
Pipers Florist
Mint Boutique
Alex Jones Funeral Directors
who volunteered to have collection tins as well as poppies and other merchandise available. Unfortunately this was the maximum number of collections points we were allowed, so thank you to all the other people that volunteered and hopefully next year we can include you all.
