Major concerns have been raised over the promoters of land included in the proposed South Godstone development and whether Tandridge District Council has shown due diligence and competency in dealing with them.

Apart from these questions arising over due diligence, we are worried about the track record and commitment of the promoters who, to our knowledge, are not house builders and so have never completed any housing development, let alone a development of the size and scale being proposed by the Council at South Godstone.
