New assault on Oxted Green Belt and Council plan

Developers have made new attacks on the Council's Core Strategy in their efforts to build on the Green Belt. They have made yet more submissions to the Inspector to try to persuade him to throw out the Council's plan and let them build 650 houses on 2 Green Belt fields.

Oxted and Limpsfield Residents Group (OLRG) has submitted 2 papers in support of the plan and the Green Belt. One is on Housing Delivery and the other is on Affordable Housing. It has also submitted a summary of other points it wishes to raise during the hearings.
